First birthday photoshoots are so so special, 12 months of the quickest development stages gone in the blink of a sleep-deprived eye. How are they already one?

It’s such a cute age to capture, they come in all forms with some walking, some just sitting and others on a crawling mission. Whatever stage they’re at it’s all about them but a first birthday shoot wouldn’t be right without getting those siblings and parents involved as well.

During every photoshoot at the studio, I encourage everyone to get involved. Their sibling relationships are growing and it’s so amazing to capture the dynamics as they change.

As for Mum’s, well you have survived the first crazy 12 months and so treating yourself to a day to actually capture some photos of you with the kids could not be more special. The kids adore you, all they want to do is sit and cuddle with you so enjoy the moment and make it happen. It’s totally worth it!!!
